THE WHY
Millions of people from unreached people groups reside in urban contexts outside their nations of origin. These are diaspora peoples who wield tremendous influence back into their home nations. God has placed these peoples in a very strategic place. They have access to Christians and the message of Jesus, and have influence back into places that are very difficult to reach. As we disciple and empower them to share the message of the love of Jesus, they are extremely effective in making disciples and starting churches in areas where Western missionaries have difficulty residing.
CURRENT PRAYER NEEDS
Please pray as our team follows up on contacts made by the 500 volunteers that have come through NYC in the past month. Please pray for me as I guide our efforts to catalyze work among unreached people groups in Chicago, Atlanta, Toronto, Montreal, and Los Angeles (all new city focuses for Global Gates in 2026). Please pray for our bi-annual gathering that happens this July 6-12 where all of our missionaries will gather for training and support. Please pray for us as we develop discipleship apps to help multiply discipleship in over 10 different languages, as well as initiatives to equip the local church in reaching the nations that live around them.

MISSION STATEMENT / WHAT THEY DO
My role exists to equip Global Gates' missionaries and partners to reach the ends of the earth with the message of Jesus by evangelizing, discipling, and empowering believers from unreached people groups to reach their own families, friends, and nations with the love and message of Jesus.
RECENT STORY OR TESTIMONY
Dolly, a former Muslim from Bangladesh, has been growing in her faith as part of a church in NYC that is made up of former Muslims. She has been afraid to share her faith with her family because she is elderly and depends on them for her living situation. Her family has seen a change in her, and has been asking what has happened. Recently, her daughter visited her in NYC (from Bangladesh). Dolly invited her to a gathering of former Muslims who are now Christians. Her eyes were opened to why her mother had made such a dramatic change in her life. That night, as the group talked with her, answered questions she had, and cared for her, she put her faith in Jesus. A week later, she was baptized. Now, she has returned to Bangladesh, and Dolly is discipling her over video conferencing. She has begun attending a church there and is sharing her faith with her husband and children in Bangladesh.
